Art For Recovery

SPIRIT Groups

"Art bids us touch and taste and hear and see the world." -W.B. Yeats

An 8 week art experience for anyone dealing with cancer. Participants may have the opportunity to create their own altars, memory boxes, hand-made journal books, mandalas, and meditation beads, face masks, and quilt squares No artistic experience is necessary to participate - only a willingness to express who each person is at this moment in time and a willingness to share your story.
