Video Screening: Breast Care Center Decision Services

"Early Stage Breast Cancer - Choosing Your Surgery"
UCSF providers and staff are invited to screen educational videos that are currently distributed to newly diagnosed breast cancer patients. Each video features physicians explaining the diagnosis, treatment options, and evidence about outcomes, as well as patients who talk about their experience making these decisions. The programs are produced by the Informed Medical Decisions Foundation and its partner, Health Dialog. The Foundation donates the programs for our use in a demonstration project and is interested in feedback from health professionals. Screening followed by discussion period. (First in a series of five screenings)
