Sample Array Hybridization Data

Sample HumArray3.2 SPROC data (MS Excel, ~1MB)

SPROC is a companion program to SPOT that maps each spot on the array to a specific clone and chromosome position, and averages over replicate spots in order to output a final ratio value for each clone on the array. Also included in the Excel sheet is a macro that plots the ratio values across the genome, and separates data for each chromosome. Please see our Array Software section for more information about SPROC.

Sample HumArray 3.2 SPOT data (MS Excel, ~4.5MB)

SPOT is the software developed at UCSF to analyze our array images. The output of spot includes statistics about each spot on the array. Please see our Array Software section for more information about UCSF SPOT.
