Protocol Amendment Submission Procedure
The Protocol Review Committee has policies and procedures for both amendment submission and amendment review.
Please refer to the PRC Amendment Submission Policy, effective January 1, 2009, and associated forms for amendment submission:
The PRC is required to review all protocol amendments/modifications. Amendments that do not meet the procedures outlined in the Amendment Submission Policy will be returned. Please email prc@cc.ucsf.edu with any questions.
