Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Cancer Resource Center of the UCSF Medical Center at Mt. Zion! Our services include support groups, educational & lifestyle programs, nutritional seminars, educational workshops, a library, information about cancer, research for patients, and referrals to other resources. We also interact very closely with the Social Work and Nutrition departments.

As a volunteer you will have the opportunity to help patients connect with the services they need, as well as to learn in a major Cancer Center. The Volunteer Program provides individual on-the-job training, as well as offering between three to six additional trainings per year.
