What does quality of life mean to you in the setting of cancer? Learn how to create documentation to advocate for yourself and others to make your wishes heard. We will focus on the skill of asking ourselves, "what matters most now?" with the goal of giving our loved ones the gift of a personalized plan to honor our wishes. With Redwing Keyssar, RN, BA

Tuesday, June 6th and 20th. 12-2 p.m. both days. Please plan on attending both meetings as the second builds upon the first.
