What Matters Most? Advance Health Care Directive and Values Exploration Workshop for Cancer Patients

What does quality of life mean to you in the setting of cancer? Learn how to create documentation to advocate for yourself and others to make your wishes heard. We will focus on the skill of asking ourselves "what matters most now?" with the goal of giving to our loved ones the gift of a personalized plan to honor our wishes. Facilitated by Redwing Keyssar, RN, BA

This is the first part of a two session workshop offered Tuesday, July 10 and Tuesday, July 24. Please plan on attending both meetings as the second session builds on the work done in the first. At the end of the two day workshop you will leave with a notarized advance directive.

No charge. Space is limited. Please register by emailing Kristine.Burget@ucsf.edu or calling her at (415) 514-6693. Refreshments provided. This workshop is for people with a cancer diagnosis and their loved ones. You do not have to be a UCSF patient to attend.

There will be more opportunities to attend in 2018.
