Psycho-Oncology Behavioral Sleep and Fatigue Group

Learn scientifically-supported, non-medication-based strategies for managing cancer-related fatigue and insomnia. Open to UCSF cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers seeking assistance with sleep problems and fatigue. The group will be led by Psycho-oncology providers Anna Levin, PhD and Neha Goyal, PhD.

  • What: A 6-week group treatment, with one mandatory information session. Individuals will learn evidence-based, behavioral, self-management strategies for coping with insomnia and fatigue
     
  • Who: Open to UCSF cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers seeking assistance with insomnia and/or fatigue related to cancer
     
  • When: Wednesdays, January 9 - February 20, 2019 from 2:30 - 4:00 pm
