Hosted by the HDFCCC Office of Education and Training, this workshop is open to UCSF cancer researchers of all types and all levels (faculty and trainees) who are curious about the startup world. Come and learn about the world of entrepreneurship, how to know if your idea is a commercial opportunity, business plans, business models, IP, and investment (types of investors, what they are looking for, and sources of initial seed capital). 
 
Our presenter is Stephanie Marrus, MBA, MA, Director, Entrepreneurship Center, Innovation Ventures, UCSF.
