Beauty & Wellness 101, with Lipstick Angels

3/9/20 UPDATE: We regret to inform you that this class has been cancelled. The next time we are offering it is May 13, which could change. You may register here for that class.

Lipstick Angels’ Beauty & Wellness 101 is a monthly makeup and skincare support class for patients going through the physical side-effects of cancer treatment. Lipstick Angels’ professional, oncology-trained makeup artists and estheticians will lead specialized courses utilizing a holistic and clean approach to beauty and skincare, designed specifically for the UCSF community. People of all ages and genders are encouraged to attend!

Course includes:

  • Skincare essentials
  • Makeup tutorials (including eyebrows)
  • Aromatherapy & guided breathing
  • Self-care tips
  • Complimentary take-home gifts

Patients must be under the care of a UCSF Cancer Center provider. There is no cost to attend, but pre-registration is required, as this class is limited to 15 patients. If you register but then cannot attend, please cancel your registration, in order to open your spot to another patient. This class will be offered monthly, but patients may only attend one session.

In addition to these workshops, Lipstick Angels also offers their services in the Infusion Centers (watch video).

This program is brought to you by the Donna Smith Fund at UCSF Health, Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center.
