Restorative Movement: The Feldenkrais Method

NOTE: This class has been on pause through at least 4/15, due to the Coronavirus. Please check back to see if it is resuming on 4/16.

The Feldenkrais® Method is a revolutionary approach to fitness and health that is rapidly gaining recognition as a powerful means of rehabilitation for those who are injured or in chronic pain, as well as people who simply want to learn to move better and feel more comfortable in their bodies. Tapping into the natural processes by which babies learned to crawl, sit, walk, and speak, physicist Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais spent over 40 years developing and refining his method.

This weekly class is open to non-UCSF cancer patients, as well as UCSF cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.

There is no fee for this class, but please call 415-931-7719 to register.
Please fill out the health history and waiver prior to attending your first class.
