If one NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center can spark its community to donate to cancer research, imagine the collective efforts of 12 centers. That is what led fundraising teams from many of the nation's leading cancer centers to form the Cancer Research Alliance (CRA).
The UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center is an enthusiastic partner in the Cancer Research Alliance's nationwide rollout of the Infinite Power of OneSM campaign. One person giving one dollar, combined with other one-dollar donations from coast to coast, can raise millions of dollars for lifesaving cancer research.
The CRA invites everyone to help launch this campaign by going to the sponsoring website, www.celebrations.com/cure.
In just minutes, a $1 donation can easily be made. Proceeds will be used by the participating cancer centers to speed progress on research efforts for all cancers. Donors also are invited to add their photos to the Healing Mosaic of others across America who share a passion to end cancer.
