Irene Lee is also the contact for other printed stationery items such as 9"x12" envelopes, #10 envelopes, and mailing labels.

Digital Letterhead
Two options are available for download: A full template that reproduces all graphic elements as well as customizable name/address info; and a second template, also customizable, intended for use with a preprinted color sheet.

Select one of two templates (different only in color palette). Although usage may be intuitive, a user guide is also available.

Presentation Folders
The Cancer Center's Communications Unit stocks two-pocket 9"x12" presentation folders for distribution of handouts or other printed materials. Available at no cost.

Multi-Purpose Sheet
Similar to a business letterhead, this printed shell uses no name/address identifiers and is intended for printing fact sheets, backgrounders, white papers, etc., or for use as a cover sheet in ring binders. Available at no cost.

Seminar Letterhead (Flyers)
A letterhead shell for promoting UCSF-HDFCCC seminars is finished at point of use by desktop printer or photocopier. Available at no cost.

Logo
To request: The UCSF-HDFCCC logo is available to faculty and staff by request. Please contact UCSF Public Affairs, by email. The logo exists in a variety of file formats, to suit both print and digital media as well as commercial offset printing and desktop applications. The appropriateness of a specific file format is determined by usage.

Identity Standards
The UCSF-HDFCCC identity system is fully explicated in a set of Identity Standards developed by UCSF Public Affairs. The standards must be supplied to graphic designers who are contracted to supply print or web creative services, and they are available to any faculty/staff who want background on institutional identity. Banners & Signage
