** Affiliate users are funded by non-UCSF sources and pay by check, but the funding is provided by a recognized UCSF affiliate (All UC campuses, SFGH, SFVAMC, NCIRE, Gallo, Gladstone, HHMI, or LBNL).

***External users are funded by non-UC sources and pay by check.
