Anyone can find deeper well-being and enjoy the benefits of yoga. Whether you are in active treatment or living beyond cancer, yoga can help to enhance your quality of life.
This class incorporates gentle movements, postures, slow deep-breathing, meditation and relaxation. Our experienced instructor provides thoughtful, individualized attention, and you can adjust the practice to your own unique needs. Beginners and persons currently in treatment are welcomed.
About the Instructor:
Traci Joy (TJ) Burleigh, CAC, E-RYT is a long time yogi, Ayurveda, and meditator, who specializes in nutrition, lower back care, digestive issues, women’s health, and injury prevention/rehab. She is a skilled and compassionate teacher who brings intelligence, patience, clarity, and humor to her students. She teaches publicly and privately in the SF bay area, and can be found at www.artsofbalance.com.
