Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. With your hands or kitchen shears, remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite-size pieces.
  4. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
  5. Spray kale with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Bake until the edges are brown, being careful not to burn, around 10-15 minutes.

Try experimenting with other flavorings like onion or garlic powder, tamari, or nutritional yeast (gives a nice, cheesy flavor).
