October 29, 2019.  Khenpo Paljor Gyatso, a learned and beloved teacher, born and educated in Tibet, taught a profound and ancient Buddhist practice called ‘Tonglen.’ When we or those we love are ill and approaching death, we often feel helpless and want to lend support. Tibetan Buddhism offers ‘Tonglen,’ a simple meditation that can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, at any time.
