The UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center’s shared resources represent state-of-the-art support services and technology that provide critical support to groups of investigators. Provides biostatistical support to the UCSF cancer research community. >>

Clinical Research Support Office

Assists with protocol development, data management, regulatory compliance, contract development, and patient registration. >>

Computational Biology

Provides computational biology support to the UCSF cancer research community. >>

Genome Analysis

Provides quantitative PCR (QPCR), single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis, epigenetic analysis, and technical support and education. >>

Immunohistochemistry/Molecular Pathology

Facilitates immunohistochemical and molecular genetic analyses of tumor materials. >>

Laboratory for Cell Analysis

Provides cytometric support, including flow and image cytometry, new cytometric methods and applications, and technical support and education. >>

Mouse Pathology

Provides histologic and hematopoietic research support services relating to malignancies in mouse models of human cancer. >>

Preclinical Therapeutics

Offers a complete set of preclinical services and in vivo imaging devices for cancer investigators. >>
