Ingredients:
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 5 frozen strawberries
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 T chia seeds, hemp seeds or flax seed (optional)
- Sprig of mint (optional)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Boost the smoothie by adding: chia seeds, hemp seeds or flax seed before blending.
